A holistic approach to well-being : We have specially designed the hybrid structure (Offline and Online)  group classes to encourage a regular practice , which can be challenging to maintain if doing online individually. Students have benefited from it as it gives the motivational boost to practicing in groups.
 
Group practice enhance your regular practice, improve your well-being, and provide a sense of community. It develop discipline, accountability through shared commitment, and also provide a platform to share experiences and insights. 

This hybrid approach offers the best of both worlds: No recording or one way interaction as in TV or Youtube but LIVE and direct interaction with Expert Yoga Instructors, along with the flexibility and accessibility of online platforms.

In Hybrid format the students get certification  after 300 Hours or 1 year of regular Yoga Practice Online or Offline Classes and can practice Yoga classes. Grab our classes 
(i) If you don’t have a Studio nearby.
(ii) No access to Certified and Experienced Yoga Instructors.
(iii) Difficult to commute or want to  save time.

(iv) Looking for budget-friendly online or offline yoga class.        (v) Want to stick with your practice regularly as it is convenient and accessible through online.
